Painting & minor finish work
Interior paint application and agreed touch-ups.
Workmanship care, project-stage payments, and straightforward planning. See the conditions before you decide.
We propose four distinct workmanship-care levels: 90, 180, 365 and up to 500 days. They apply only to eligible work listed in the signed contract, starting from an agreed handover date.
How the Finish-Right process works →Not every project or trade qualifies. Damage, ordinary wear, pre-existing defects, third-party work and manufacturer product failures are generally excluded from this workmanship option. Legal consumer rights remain in force. This webpage is not a warranty certificate.
Compare proposed coverage for eligible work. Only your written agreement confirms any warranty.
Interior paint application and agreed touch-ups.
Taping, patching and drywall finishing.
Flooring, tiling and specified kitchen finishes.
Selected bathroom installation and finishes.
Each tier is a maximum proposed reporting period after handover. Covered workmanship defects may qualify for an appropriate repair or affected-part replacement.
Before you decide: Product/manufacturer defects, normal wear, misuse, pre-existing site problems, third-party changes and damage outside covered workmanship are not included in this optional program. Roofing, HVAC, structural work and regulated systems require separate trade-specific terms. Your legal rights are not reduced by these proposed terms. Read the workmanship FAQ.
Discuss payments linked to project progress. Deferred arrangements, if available, require individual approval and written terms.
Agree on materials, allowances, exclusions and payment dates in writing.
Schedule agreed payments around completed project stages, subject to applicable holdbacks.
Ask whether a written arrangement is possible; nothing is pre-approved.
Important: North Vela does not currently advertise a specific interest rate, payment deferral period, or lender approval. Small painting projects, medium-sized bathroom renovations and full remodels can all start with a conversation. See budget planning tiers, then ask us for a project-specific quotation.
No. Coverage may be available for eligible projects and work types. The exact duration, included work and exclusions must be stated in the signed agreement. You should not assume coverage without that written confirmation.
You may ask about staged or deferred arrangements. No deferred-payment product or approval is being promised on this site. Any arrangement must be approved, funded and documented before work begins.
No. It is for specifically eligible North Vela workmanship, not all product defects. Manufacturer warranties and statutory consumer rights remain separate.
A final price depends on a written scope and site conditions. The budget figures on our guide are third-party local market ranges, not binding North Vela package prices.
