This static website does not run advertising pixels or visitor-tracking scripts. Basic hosting and security functions are provided by Cloudflare and may involve technical network logs under its service policies.
The enquiry tool on the Contact page prepares an email on your device. Details entered there are not transmitted to or stored by this website; you decide whether to send the email using your own mail provider. Any email you send is then processed through normal email services.
If you contact us, we may use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible services. Please do not include sensitive personal details in an initial message.

AI assistant privacy
If you use our optional AI renovation assistant, your chat messages are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate responses. Do not enter passwords, banking information, addresses, medical details or other sensitive personal information into the chat. Chat messages are not automatically sent to our project team or treated as a formal quotation request.
To contact a person about your renovation, use the North Vela contact page. AI answers are general guidance and may contain errors; verify permits, building rules and project terms independently.
